Online payment is the fastest and most convenient way to pay your registration fee, and we encourage all participants to use this method where possible. The online payment procedure is outlined below.

Steps for Online Payment

Step 1 – Receive your invoice and payment link
After completing online registration, you will receive an email containing your invoice with a payment link. Please use this link to proceed with the payment.

Step 2 – Access the payment portal
Click the payment link provided in the email.

Step 3 – Complete the payment form
In the online payment form (TIIKM Pay Corp.), enter the registration fee amount exactly as stated on your invoice. Please note that card payments (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) are subject to an additional 3% bank service charge, which will be automatically added to the applicable registration fee at checkout.

Step 4 – Confirm and pay
Please pay the total amount displayed on the bank payment portal, which includes the registration fee and the bank service charge

If you are unable to pay by credit/debit card

In some instances, payments may not go through due to your bank’s security controls (e.g., international transaction restrictions). If you encounter this issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact your card-issuing bank and inform them that the payment was unsuccessful.
2. Request authorization to complete an international card transaction (or enable foreign/online payments for your card).
3. Once your bank confirms activation/verification, attempt the payment again.
4. After receiving confirmation that the transaction is successful, please email a copy of the payment receipt for our reference.
