Modes of Presentation

RCCC 2026 offers multiple presentation formats to accommodate both in-person and virtual participation.

Oral Presentations

  • Present live on-site during your allocated session.
  • Presentation duration: 12 minutes (PowerPoint slides recommended).
  • Q&A: 3 minutes.

Poster Presentation

  • A dedicated poster session will be scheduled in the conference programme. Please remain with your poster during the allocated time to facilitate discussion and respond to questions.
  • Poster sessions provide opportunities to explain your work, answer questions, exchange contact details, and engage in in-depth discussion while participants view the displays.
  • You may print your poster and present it on-site.

Live online oral presentation (Zoom)

  • Present live via Zoom during your allocated session.
  • Presentation duration: 12 minutes (PowerPoint slides recommended).
  • Q&A: 3 minutes.

Pre-recorded Video Option

  • This option is intended for presenters who prefer to submit a recorded presentation rather than present live.
  • Please submit a pre-recorded video (12 minutes or less) in advance.
  • The Organising Committee will play your video during your allocated presentation slot.
  • You must be present online during your slot to participate in the 3-minute Q&A

Online poster presentation (Zoom)

  • Each poster will be displayed for 5 minutes total (3 minutes + 2 minutes, as scheduled).
  • Posters must be submitted as a single-page file (PowerPoint slide / PDF / image) for display via Zoom.
  • All posters will be uploaded to the conference website prior to the event for participants to view and download.
  • Please submit your poster to the Conference Committee at least two weeks before the conference date.
  • Please use the official Poster Template.
